Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. ENTRANTS

Must be 18+ and a U.S. citizen. Employees of NWHE (“the Promoter”), related partners, and their families are ineligible. Automated entries are prohibited.

2. DURATION

The Promotion runs from March 4th, 2027 – March 6th, 2027.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Purchase admission to any NWHE event for automatic entry. No purchase necessary. Free entry is available via this form. Limit one entry per person.

4. PRIZES

Prizes (hunting gear, vouchers) are non-transferable with no cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute prizes of equal or higher value.

5. WINNER SELECTION

Exhibitors choose their own winners however they choose. The selection method, criteria, and execution of each drawing are entirely at the discretion of the individual exhibiting company hosting the giveaway. The Promoter (NWHE) plays no role in the drawing process and will not be held liable if a selected prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled by the exhibitor.

6. PRIZE CLAIM

Winners must be 18 years old at the date of entry. If the winner is under 18, the winner’s parent or legal guardian must claim on the winner’s behalf. Exhibitors will coordinate all prize collection and claim requirements directly with the winners. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that the winner has a valid driver’s license and can present evidence of this at the collection point on restricted items. Some prizes may have age restrictions of 21 years or older.

It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they comply with all state and federal laws on restricted items. Winners will be notified directly by the exhibiting company. Individual exhibitors will provide prize-specific claim instructions and timelines.

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to the responsible exhibitor or Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfillment of the Prize. The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of the exhibitor or the Promoter after the winner has been selected. If a winner is unable to obtain a restricted item, neither the Promoter nor the exhibitor is required to substitute or compensate the winner in any way.

7. RESPONSIBILITY

The Promoter is not liable for technical failures, lost entries, or incorrect prize descriptions. Participants are responsible for complying with all laws regarding restricted items.

8. THE PROMOTER’S RIGHTS

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion, substitute prizes, and disqualify any entrant acting improperly.

10. GENERAL

These rules constitute the entire agreement. The Promoter may verify eligibility and disqualify entrants for violating these terms, including invalidating entries or claims.

No claim under or participation in this Promotion is valid in combination with any other offer or promotion, save to the extent expressly stated herein. The Promoter and/or the Partner may carry out such background checks and require such information (in addition to the information required to be given on entries or prize claims) as they consider necessary or desirable for the purposes of verifying any entry or claim for a prize or award or an entrant’s/claimant’s compliance generally with the Rules and any prize or award may be withheld unless and until the Promoter and the Partner is satisfied with the verification.

Should the Promoter determine (in the Promoter’s discretion) based on the evidence in its possession at any given time that any person (i) is ineligible, (ii) has failed to comply with any of these Rules or (iii) is misusing or tampering or attempting to misuse or tamper with the proper conduct of the Promotion, then the Promoter may adjudge (in its discretion) that:

  • (1) every entry, prize claim and/or communication made by that person to the Promoter or any of its agents, will be invalid and void for all purposes,
  • (2) such person shall become (with retrospective effect) ineligible to take part in this Promotion, and/or
  • (3) such person shall become (with retrospective effect) ineligible for every other promotion or offer of the Promoter (with the effect that every entry, claim and request by that person then in process or still to be made shall be void, invalid and have no force or effect so that the Promoter is entitled to disregard them all without incurring any liability therefor.

Reference in these Rules or any promotional advertising, material, or communication to any person as a “winner” or which otherwise expresses or might imply that a prize was won, shall not thereby imply a waiver of any verification, or claims processes for the award of prizes. Any waiver of any verification or claims processes stipulated in these Rules for the award of prizes shall only be effective and binding upon the Promoter if communicated by the Promoter in writing and then only to the extent specifically stated in that communication and solely for the named recipient.

Nothing in these Rules shall affect the statutory rights of entrants.

The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) decline any unnecessary correspondence regarding the promotion, (ii) modify these Rules at any time to preserve the contest’s integrity, fairness, or security (with updates posted publicly within this policy), and (iii) use third-party agents to execute any part of this Promotion on our behalf.
