We appreciated the smaller venue for several reasons. First, the strict focus on hunting products set this event apart from other expos, especially in the Northwest. It created a more targeted and valuable experience for both vendors and attendees. We also loved the opportunity to connect with each of our customers on a more personal level—something that can be difficult in a larger venue. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back!
The event was well organized and had a high-end professional feel. My favorite part was every attendee that I talked to either was a current or could be a potential customer.
My favorite part of the show was being able to talk to like mined people that were interested in your product and not the typical Portland show tire kicker.
The venue was incredible and clean. Ticket pricing was good and providing free parking made it more affordable. I am looking forward for next year!
The quality of the show and vendors was really nice to see. The people who were attending were generally higher quality clients than other shows.

I really liked how engaged the customers were in learning about our products. This in turn resulted in great sales. Better than we had expected for sure!
We do many shows across the US and we talk to a lot of people, but the quality conversations and connections at this show we unmatched. The conversion rate at this show for the amount of individuals we talked to was outstanding. We broke a one day sales record we had set at a much much larger show. Thank you for the opportunity!

I have not attended a show (Dealer or Consumer) were I felt as valued as a vendor as I did at the NW Hunt Expo. The ease of checking in, setup, teardown, badges, and appreciation was something I have never experienced. The value that was created by making sure vendor fees were reasonable was very much appreciated. We had a great time and can't wait to see what this show looks like next year!
I thought the quaintness of the convention center and exclusive vendors made for a good experience for exhibitors and attendees.

I thought you guys did a great job and am excited to see what the future brings for the show. I had low expectations being a first year show and was very happy with the amount of sales we did! Attendance was lower than I expected but sales per person walking in the door was exceptional!
I gotta say, I’ve been to other bigger shows, I think they suck! The fact that it was more intimate and personal I enjoyed that & never saying "DO YOU HUNT?". They’re all hunters that are there to find something they need for the coming year!
